We’ll follow up with 5 x 30 minute accountability sessions (one per goal or to be used as you wish).
We’ll complete 5 x 1 hour coaching sessions together to keep you on track ith your goals to ensure you succeeed in every area. (recommend 1 x hour and 1 30 minute session per month for 5 months)
